Rehearsals most Wednesdays
We'll be singing several Sundays each month. Our repertoire is a fun mix of genre: contemporary, traditional, classical, and Gospel to name a few. Open to anyone 6th grade and older; no experience necessary. Email our Choir Director, Ingrid, if you have any questions: email@example.com
As God's people, baptized in the name of Father, Son, and Spirit, we want to live into our identity as God's family of missionary servants.
- We are God's family, so we do a number for things together simply for the fun of it: meals, hiking, playdates, game nights, and any number of other things. We believe in common grace as well as saving grace, and aim to enjoy all of God's good gifts in a way that honors him. As God's family we also do a number of things specifically to draw us closer to our Father in Heaven - growth groups, opportunities for prayer, and an experiment in missional community we call Life Group.
- By servants we mean that God sends us to others to seek their good in ways that genuinely serve them - we serve like Jesus serves. We host our local Neighborhood Kitchen and a new Neighborhood Garden. We now open our building for local emergency preparedness, host a Co-Op Preschool and multiple Classical Conversations (home-school) and Scouting groups, and look forward to doing whatever God puts in our heart to do for our neighbors and neighborhoods. We think of it as being generous like God is generous.
- By missionary, we mean that we have a mission, a purpose, empowered by God's own Spirit. We to love, serve, listen, and give with intentionality, in ways that point to Jesus - his love for us, and his love for others.
We put on a variety of events during the year. Be sure to check out our Facebook and Calendar pages.
To follow Jesus is to follow him with others. We invite everyone to find a group of friends with whom to grow in love for God, his word, and each other. Check out the next page for Simple Bible, Life Groups, and several gender-specific groups.
Hospitality is a significant thing for us -- and several work parties are planned this Fall and Spring to keep our building and grounds up. If you can help, please contact the office for dates and times!
3rd Wednesday of each month
IPC's 55+ social group meets for a casual lunch and discussion. It's a great way to meet new friends and renew acquaintences. E-mail or call the church office if you'd like more information.
